We can cater for your needs by providing full or part-time, resident or non-resident porters, janitors and caretakers. We can arrange for these staff to be uniformed if required.

Porters, janitors and caretakers can assist with all aspects of routine management and maintenance for your property, including security and signing in visitors, managing deliveries and contractors. They can make minor repairs and temporary repairs (as appropriate) while the arrival of contractor / tradesperson is awaited.

A porter can make the all important difference to residents and visitors in your building; they can provide a warm welcome, assistance with luggage and doors, they can monitor cctv and security systems and help to ensure that your property is not visited by unwelcome guests!
